GENERAL INFORMATION:

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS FOR CUSTOM CHOCOLATES: Digital artwork preferred. Send to size via email in Mac or PC-formatted Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. Must be 300 dpi resolution, vector format with all fonts converted to outlines. Art services available $50/hr.

WARM WEATHER SHIPMENTS: During the summer months and to all warm climates, chocolate is shipped with ice gel packs at no additional charge. Upgraded ship method may be required, based on shipping destination. Refrigerated trucking is available for larger shipments.

SHELF LIFE: Chocolate has a shelf life of one year or longer if stored at room temperature; away from heat, humidity, direct sunlight and strong odors.

PRODUCTION TIME: Standard production time for most items is two weeks from art approval. Rush services available upon request. Rush charges may apply; Allow adequate transit time.
